Details

Lakshmir Bhandar” Scheme is a flagship program launched by the West Bengal Government in February 2021, to provide financial assistance to women from economically weaker sections of society. For the empowerment of women in the age group of 25-60 years and enrolled in ‘Swasthya Sathi’, ₹ 1,200/- every month to women SC/ST households and ₹ 1,000/- per month to other beneficiaries are provided. The scheme aims to empower women and make them financially independent by providing them with a one-time grant to buy essential goods and services.

Benefits

Lakshmi Bhandar for women from Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes households: ₹ 1,200/- per month
Lakshmi Bhandar For women from other category: ₹ 1,000/- per month.

Eligibility

Lakshmi Bhandar the applicant should be a resident of West Bengal.
Lakshmi Bhandar the applicant should be a woman.
Lakshmi Bhandar the age of the applicant should be between 25 – 60 years.
The household of the applicant should be enrolled under the “Swasthyasathi” scheme.
The applicant should not be a government employee in permanent employment/ retired government employee of Central/ State Government, Statutory Bodies, Government Undertakings, Panchayats, Municipal Corporations/ Municipalities, Local Bodies, teaching and non-teaching employees of Government aided Educational Institutions, etc. receiving regular salary/ pension.

Application Process-Offline

Step 1: The Lakshmir Bhandar scheme’s application form will be available free of cost at the Duare Sarkar Camps. The applicant will submit the filled-in, duly signed application form at one of the Duare Sarkar Camps, along with the self-attested copies of the required documents.

Step 2: The applications so received at the Duare Sarkar camp will be duly enquired into as per Duare Sarkar modalities by government officials only authorized for the purpose. After verification/inquiry, the Block Development Officer in the rural area or the Sub-Divisional Officer in the urban area, as the case may be, shall enter the applications on the portal, verify and recommend the list of eligible applicants to the District Magistrate for sanction.

(In case of the areas falling within the jurisdiction of Kolkata Municipal Corporation, the same process will be completed by the Commissioner, Kolkata Municipal Corporation.)

Step 3: The Commissioner of Kolkata Municipal Corporation shall be the sanctioning authority for applicants residing in areas under the Kolkata Municipal Corporation. In all other cases, the District Magistrate will be the sanctioning authority.

Step 4: The financial assistance sanctioned under the scheme will be credited monthly through DBT (Direct Bank Transfer) to the Aadhaar-linked bank account held solely by the eligible adult female member/s of the household.

Bank Account Details: Self-attested photocopy of the page of the bank book which provides details of the account holder’s name, account no., bank address, IFS Code and MICR No. The bank account should be a single bank account in name of the eligible adult female member only.
Colored passport-size photograph of the applicant.
Self-declaration duly signed by the applicant to the effect:

a) To apply for Lakshmi Bhandar, one must be a resident of West Bengal.

b) That she does not earn any monthly remuneration/pension from any regular job of State Government, Statutory Bodies, Government Undertakings, Panchayats, Municipal Corporations/ Municipalities, Local Bodies, Government aided Educational Institutions, etc.

c) Information furnished by her in the application form is true

“লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার” প্রকল্পটি ২০২১ সালের ফেব্রুয়ারিতে পশ্চিমবঙ্গ সরকার কর্তৃক চালু করা একটি ফ্ল্যাগশিপ প্রোগ্রাম, যা সমাজের অর্থনৈতিকভাবে দুর্বল শ্রেণীর মহিলাদের আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রদান করে। ২৫-৬০ বছর বয়সী এবং ‘স্বাস্থ্য সাথী’-তে তালিকাভুক্ত মহিলাদের ক্ষমতায়নের জন্য, এসসি/এসটি পরিবারের মহিলা সদস্যদের প্রতি মাসে ১,২০০/- টাকা এবং অন্যান্য সুবিধাভোগীদের প্রতি মাসে ১,০০০/- টাকা প্রদান করা হয়। এই প্রকল্পের লক্ষ্য হল মহিলাদের ক্ষমতায়ন করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় পণ্য ও পরিষেবা কেনার জন্য এককালীন অনুদান প্রদানের মাধ্যমে তাদের আর্থিকভাবে স্বাধীন করা।

যোগ্যতা

লক্ষ্মী ভান্ডার আবেদনকারীকে পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাসিন্দা হতে হবে।
লক্ষ্মী ভান্ডার আবেদনকারীকে একজন মহিলা হতে হবে।
লক্ষ্মী ভান্ডার আবেদনকারীর বয়স ২৫-৬০ বছরের মধ্যে হতে হবে।
আবেদনকারীর পরিবারকে “স্বাস্থ্যসাথী” প্রকল্পের অধীনে তালিকাভুক্ত হতে হবে।
আবেদনকারীকে কেন্দ্রীয়/রাজ্য সরকার, সংবিধিবদ্ধ সংস্থা, সরকারি উদ্যোগ, পঞ্চায়েত, পৌর কর্পোরেশন/পৌরসভা, স্থানীয় সংস্থা, সরকারি সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ইত্যাদির শিক্ষক ও অশিক্ষক কর্মচারীর স্থায়ী চাকরি/অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সরকারি কর্মচারী হতে হবে না যারা নিয়মিত বেতন/পেনশন পাচ্ছেন।

আবেদন প্রক্রিয়া-অফলাইন

ধাপ ১: লক্ষ্মীর ভাণ্ডার প্রকল্পের আবেদনপত্র দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্পে বিনামূল্যে পাওয়া যাবে। আবেদনকারীকে প্রয়োজনীয় নথিপত্রের স্ব-প্রত্যয়িত কপি সহ দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্পের যেকোনো একটিতে পূরণ করা, যথাযথভাবে স্বাক্ষরিত আবেদনপত্র জমা দিতে হবে।

ধাপ ২: দুয়ারে সরকার ক্যাম্পে গৃহীত আবেদনপত্রগুলি দুয়ারে সরকার পদ্ধতি অনুসারে কেবলমাত্র এই উদ্দেশ্যে অনুমোদিত সরকারি কর্মকর্তাদের দ্বারা যথাযথভাবে অনুসন্ধান করা হবে। যাচাই/তদন্তের পর, গ্রামীণ এলাকার ব্লক ডেভেলপমেন্ট অফিসার অথবা শহরাঞ্চলের সাব-ডিভিশনাল অফিসার, ক্ষেত্রমত, পোর্টালে আবেদনপত্রগুলি প্রবেশ করাবেন, যাচাই করবেন এবং যোগ্য আবেদনকারীদের তালিকা জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেটের কাছে অনুমোদনের জন্য সুপারিশ করবেন।

(কলকাতা পৌর কর্পোরেশনের আওতাধীন এলাকাগুলির ক্ষেত্রে, একই প্রক্রিয়া কমিশনার, কলকাতা পৌর কর্পোরেশন দ্বারা সম্পন্ন করা হবে।)

ধাপ ৩: কলকাতা পৌর কর্পোরেশনের আওতাধীন এলাকায় বসবাসকারী আবেদনকারীদের জন্য অনুমোদনকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ হবেন কলকাতা পৌর কর্পোরেশনের কমিশনার। অন্যান্য সকল ক্ষেত্রে, জেলা ম্যাজিস্ট্রেট অনুমোদনকারী কর্তৃপক্ষ হবেন।

ধাপ ৪: প্রকল্পের অধীনে অনুমোদিত আর্থিক সহায়তা প্রতি মাসে DBT (ডাইরেক্ট ব্যাংক ট্রান্সফার) এর মাধ্যমে পরিবারের যোগ্য প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক মহিলা সদস্যদের আধার-সংযুক্ত ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টে জমা হবে।

লক্ষ্মী ভান্ডার প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র

১. লক্ষ্মী ভান্ডারের জন্য আবেদন করতে স্বাস্থ্য সাথী কার্ড প্রয়োজন
২. আধার কার্ড
৩. এসসি/এসটি সার্টিফিকেট,
৪. প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টের বিবরণ: ব্যাংক বইয়ের পৃষ্ঠার স্ব-প্রত্যয়িত ফটোকপি যেখানে অ্যাকাউন্টধারীর নাম, অ্যাকাউন্ট নম্বর, ব্যাংক ঠিকানা, আইএফএস কোড এবং এমআইসিআর নম্বরের বিবরণ রয়েছে। ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্টটি কেবলমাত্র যোগ্য প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক মহিলা সদস্যের নামে একটি একক ব্যাংক অ্যাকাউন্ট হতে হবে।

৫. আবেদনকারীর রঙিন পাসপোর্ট আকারের ছবি।
৬. আবেদনকারীর স্বাক্ষরিত স্ব-ঘোষণাপত্র:

ক)লক্ষীর ভান্ডার আবেদন করার জন্য পশ্চিমবঙ্গের বাসিন্দা হতে হবে.

খ) তিনি রাজ্য সরকার, সংবিধিবদ্ধ সংস্থা, সরকারি উদ্যোগ, পঞ্চায়েত, পৌর কর্পোরেশন/পৌরসভা, স্থানীয় সংস্থা, সরকারি সাহায্যপ্রাপ্ত শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠান ইত্যাদির কোনও নিয়মিত চাকরি থেকে কোনও মাসিক বেতন/পেনশন পান না।

গ) আবেদনপত্রে তার দ্বারা প্রদত্ত তথ্য সত্য।
