জাতীয় ভোটার পরিষেবা পোর্টাল (NVSP) এবং ভারতের নির্বাচন কমিশন কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সর্বশেষ পরিষেবা অনুসারে, নতুন ভোটার কার্ড আবেদন এবং ভোটার কার্ড সংশোধন সম্পর্কে ইংরেজি এবং বাংলায় সম্পূর্ণ তথ্য এখানে দেওয়া হল।

✅ 1. Apply for New Voter ID Card (First-Time Voters)

🔹 Who Can Apply:-

  • Indian citizens who are 18 years or older

  • Must not already be registered as a voter in any other constituency

 

🔹 Required Documents:-

  • Proof of Age (for 18–21 years):

    • Birth Certificate

    • 10th/12th Marksheet

    • PAN Card

  • Proof of Address:

    • Aadhaar Card

    • Driving License

    • Passport

    • Utility Bill (Electricity, Water, Gas)

  • Photograph:

    • Recent passport-size photo (colored)

🔹 How to Apply:-

  • Visit: https://www.nvsp.in

  • Select “Apply online for registration of new voter” (Form 6)

  • Fill in your details carefully:

    • Name, Date of Birth, Gender

    • Address

    • Upload required documentsulSubmit and save the Reference ID to track your application.

🔹 Processing Time:-

  • Usually 15 to 90 days

  • Voter ID will be sent by post or can be downloaded as e-EPIC

🔹 কারা আবেদন করতে পারবেন:-

  • ১৮ বছর বা তার বেশি বয়সী ভারতীয় নাগরিক
  • অন্য কোনও নির্বাচনী এলাকায় ইতিমধ্যেই ভোটার হিসেবে নিবন্ধিত হতে হবে না

🔹 প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র:-

  • বয়সের প্রমাণপত্র (১৮-২১ বছর বয়সীদের জন্য):

    • জন্ম সনদ

    • দশম/দ্বাদশ শংসাপত্র

    • প্যান কার্ড

  • ঠিকানার প্রমাণপত্র:

    • আধার কার্ড

    • ড্রাইভিং লাইসেন্স

    • পাসপোর্ট

    • ইউটিলিটি বিল (বিদ্যুৎ, পানি, গ্যাস)

  • ছবি:

    • সাম্প্রতিক পাসপোর্ট আকারের ছবি (রঙিন)

🔹 কিভাবে আবেদন করবেন:-

  • ভিজিট করুন: https://www.nvsp.in

  • “নতুন ভোটার নিবন্ধনের জন্য অনলাইনে আবেদন করুন” (ফর্ম ৬) নির্বাচন করুন

  • আপনার বিবরণ সাবধানে পূরণ করুন:

    • নাম, জন্ম তারিখ, লিঙ্গ

    • ঠিকানা

    • প্রয়োজনীয় নথি আপলোড করুন

    • আপনার আবেদন ট্র্যাক করতে রেফারেন্স আইডি জমা দিন এবং সংরক্ষণ করুন।

🔹 প্রক্রিয়াকরণের সময়:-

  • সাধারণত ১৫ থেকে ৯০ দিন
  • ভোটার আইডি ডাকযোগে পাঠানো হবে অথবা ই-ইপিক হিসেবে ডাউনলোড করা যাবে।

✅ 2. Voter ID Card Correction (Form 8)

🔹 What You Can Correct:-

  • Name spelling

  • Date of Birth

  • Gender

  • Address

  • Photograph

  • EPIC Number mismatch

🔹 What You Can Correct:-

  • Go to: https://www.nvsp.in

  • Select “Correction in personal details” (Form 8)

  • Choose:

    • Self Correction OR

    • Correction in Family Member’s details

  • Enter EPIC number or search by name/DOB

  • Make the corrections and upload relevant proof documents

  • Submit the form and note down the reference number

🔹 Required Documents (as proof of correction):-

  • Aadhaar Card

  • Passport

  • School/College Certificate

  • Utility Bills (for address change)

  • Affidavit (if required)

🔹 e-EPIC Download (Digital Voter ID):

Once your voter ID is approved, you can:

  • Log in to https://www.nvsp.in

  • Use your EPIC number

  • Download the PDF version of your voter ID card

🔹 সংশোধনের জন্য আবেদন করার পদ্ধতি:-

  • ভিজিট করুন: https://www.nvsp.in

  • “ব্যক্তিগত বিবরণে সংশোধন” (ফর্ম ৮) নির্বাচন করুন

  • নির্বাচন করুন:

    • স্ব-সংশোধন অথবা

    • পরিবারের সদস্যের বিবরণে সংশোধন

  • EPIC নম্বর লিখুন অথবা নাম/জনসংযোগ নম্বর অনুসারে অনুসন্ধান করুন

  • সংশোধন করুন এবং প্রাসঙ্গিক প্রমাণপত্র আপলোড করুন

  • ফর্মটি জমা দিন এবং রেফারেন্স নম্বরটি লিখে রাখুন

🔹 প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র (সংশোধনের প্রমাণ হিসেবে):-

  • আধার কার্ড
  • পাসপোর্ট
  • স্কুল/কলেজ সার্টিফিকেট
  • ইউটিলিটি বিল (ঠিকানা পরিবর্তনের জন্য)
  • হকফনামা (প্রয়োজনে)

🔹 e-EPIC ডাউনলোড (ডিজিটাল ভোটার আইডি)::-

আপনার ভোটার আইডি অনুমোদিত হয়ে গেলে, আপনি:

  • Log in to https://www.nvsp.in

  • আপনার EPIC নম্বর ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন

  • আপনার ভোটার আইডি কার্ডের PDF সংস্করণ ডাউনলোড করতে পারবেন

⚠️ Important Notes:

  • Providing false information is a punishable offence

  • One person should have only one voter ID

  • You can apply online or by visiting the nearest Voter Facilitation Center

  • মিথ্যা তথ্য প্রদান শাস্তিযোগ্য অপরাধ
